We help entrepreneurs & companies to improve the way they design and build products in a lean way.  Our main expertises are in lean startup/lean prototyping, product design, and product development. We are entrepreneurs ourselves, and have given numerous workshops in the most prestigious Parisian spaces dedicated to entrepreneurship.

 

Online training program

We designed 5-course online training program to train managers to the new organisation and innovation methods used by successful startups. 

Trigger is a complete program mixing theory and practice and presenting the best methodologies, the most efficient frameworks and complete use cases. Not only do we explain the startups’ way, we teach you how to put it into practice inside your organisation. 

This program was designed based on the learnings of our first MOOC, launched in October 2014 on Udemy. The course had been bought and followed by more than 200 participants (an interesting number for a French MOOC on an English e-learning platform). All participants that rated the MOOC gave it the best possible grade.

MENTORING & CONSULTING

We are used to developing customized training content for our clients. 

We currently give several workshops during which we teach participants how to prototype a product in a few hours, without a single line of code:

  • Lean Prototyping I & II

  • Hardware Lean Prototyping

These workshops are focused on the core aspects of the Lean Startup, the methods and tools that can be used to build prototypes, and the fundamentals of data modeling.

We have been giving these workshops in some of the most prestigious Parisian spaces dedicated to entrepreneurship.
